Build a real-time analytics dashboard that combines building intelligence, network data, and address validation metrics. This guide uses webhooks for event-driven updates and the streaming API for live data.

## Step 1: Set Up the Project

Create a new Next.js project with the Connectbase SDK and a WebSocket library for real-time updates.

## Step 2: Configure Webhooks

Register webhook endpoints for building and network events. Create an Express route to receive webhook payloads.

## Step 3: Build the Data Layer

Create API service functions that fetch building statistics, network coverage, and validation metrics.

## Step 4: Create Dashboard Components

Build React components for the stat cards, charts, and real-time event feed.

## Step 5: Add Real-Time Updates

Use Server-Sent Events (SSE) to push webhook data to the frontend without polling.

## Step 6: Deploy and Monitor

Deploy to your hosting provider and set up error tracking for the webhook handler.
